I DO NOT AGREE WITH THE BILLING, PLEASE REMOVE ALL CHARGES AND SEND ME A RECEIPT WITH ZERO BALANCE, AS I ASKED YOUR OFFICE AND DANIELA MORE THEN 3 TIMES WHAT MY TOTAL OUT OF POCKET WOULD BE FOR THIS TEST AND I WAS TOLD ALL 3 TIMES $300 AND I PAID THAT $300 TO DANIELA WHEN I CONFIRMED WITH HER FOR THE LAST TIME THAT THIS IS MY FULL AMOUNT DUE . PLEASE FIX THIS BY 1/22/2025 OR I WILL FILE COMPLAINT WITH THE FLORIDA MEDICAL BOARD, FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL, FLORIDA CFO, BBB AND YELP. I HAVE ALSO BEEN TOLD THAT YOU SCAMED ME AND THIS IS ELDER ABUSE, AS THE CTA AND HEART FLOW TEST THAT I HAVE ALREADY HAD DONE WAS BETTER THEN THE PET STREE TEST THAT YOU DID AND THAT THE PET STRESS TEST WAS NOT NEEDED.
