No test results will be provided over the phone. You must schedule a follow-up appointment.
These phone numbers should NOT be used by patients who have never been seen in our office – you MUST be registered first. Please call 239-206-2833 and follow the prompts to schedule. Established patients should ALWAYS use the Patient Portal first to contact their provider. The portal provides direct access and you will receive a much quicker response than a phone call.
