Never made it past the receptionist. The practice gave out a card with wrong office address. I went there to an empty locked office on 2nd Ave. I called the office and as told to go to office across town and I had 8 minutes to get there or appointment would be canceled. I asked for more time to get there, and was put on hold while they asked the doctor. 20 minutes later, while still on hold, I arrived at the office to be told I would not be seen. I had asked if they would not see me, to please let me know PRIOR to rushing across town. They couldn't take me off hold to tell me this. Also while on the phone, I was told by the receptionist I was not stating a truth when I read the address off the card that I was to go to. Amazingly bad service. They actually seemed amazed that I am going to s different doctor and did not want to reschedule. Imagine that, trying to go to this cardiologist's office for my heart problem may lead to a heart attack. This office is not worth it.

Excellent bedside manner. Never in a rush, actually takes an interest in your everyday life. I would highly recommend Dr. Levine, very thorough and the staff is wonderful

From the time I arrive I’m welcomed by his amazing front desk. Wait only a few minutes taken in for any problems you may have had since you were last there. After that you are taken into Dr Levine office.Dr Levinegoes over all your questions he is never an alarmist, professional calming. I go out feeling great

Dr. Levine and his staff never fail me. My appointments are always on time. His supports staff, from the front desk to nurse practitioners are thorough and professional. Dr. Levine takes the time to discuss my visit and addresses any concerns I may have
